How many people never received their online orders?

I have never had this happen yet. I did however receive a defective xbox 360 over a year ago. It was eventually replaced due to microsofts new 3 year warrenty. I'm really cautious about ebay though as your not always dealing with businesses but also people who do not intend to deliver. This has happened to people I know.
