Goldman Sachs Group Inc.'s chief executive officer gets $68.5 million. this astonishing figure is mind-blowing for some workers like me. Some CEOs of big companies get a little less but they are still range to millions of dollars. Are they worth it? Do companies give fair share of profits to ordinary workers? what do you think?

I really don't think that one person is worth that much! And what are they going to do with all of it? I have a hard time understanding pay scales because to me each person in an organization has it's place in a success story. Not just one person.

i too don't think so that he is or CEOs are worth it. unlike the toiling and hardworking employees who stayed most of their productive years in companies and yet they only get a slice of the profit, these CEOs only stay for about a year or so and yet their salaries are way beyond what employees will get during their retirement. it sounds unfair.
