Toys hijacked!

Some kids would not receive their toys this Christmas as the FedEx truck that was carrying the toys were hijacked in New York.
"The truck -- an 18-wheeler and one of the biggest FedEx vehicles -- was later found abandoned in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn around 5:30 a.m."
I have heard about robber hijacking trucks with money or something valuable but truck carrying toys? It must have been a mistake!
Anyway, none of the toys were taken so kids can still have their toys...

Sigh...
Even though the toys were returned, the hijacking still gets a /facepalm from me.
Still, at least they didn't keep the toys so the kids will get them. Hopefully the clowns responsible for the crime will be caught.

yeah, it sounds like a whoops moment lol! at least the driver wasnt hurt! the hijackers were probably hoping for electronics or something. i was thinking that the toys were bound for some charity, rather i was hopeing especially after hearing that the toys werent stolen, but the article makes no mention of anything like that. and im sure its a angle the writer would have employed if any of the toys were going to needy kids.
at least it ended well though!
