Anyone know about 5percentdaily paid to surf site?

They give you $5 to start out with. You auto surf until you get $20 payout. Just wondered if anyone had been paid by them as you have to upgrade to get payout ($5). After first upgrade you can use your earnings to upgrade. You get 25 cents a day to surf the required number of sites. Just wondered if anyone here has done this site and been paid? I've read the terms and it seems ok but always nice to hear other peoples experience with it.
