what is the difference between frozen yogurt / myLot

I was watching Little Miss Sunshine the other day and at some point she asks a model "Do you eat ice cream?" and the reply is "Yes. My favorite is Chocolate Cherry Garcia ... except technically I think is frozen yogurt." What is the difference? They are made of milk and are frozen, right? Can someone explains plz.

i am pretty sure cherry garcia is ice cream, not yogurt...visit www.benandjerrys.com for more info on that one... i do not really know what the difference is...except i know yogurt is made from bacteria? and then i would suppose frozen yogurt would just be freezing it maybe? only speculation...i just wanted to comment on how much i liked the movie little miss sunshine...it was so cute and funny!!

Thanks for the advice, I visited the site and it classifies Cherry Garcia as a Low Fat Frozen Yogurt. It probably has something to do with the process. The movie is really very enjoyable and funny.
