Which Operating system do you prefer

I am using Windows XP now,.I yet have not use Vista but know about it from web and magazine. I think that I will use Vista chosing operating next time.

I try many operating software from Windows 5.1 upt to Windows Vista and including the Linux and Ubuntu. But I am amazed of the good features of Windows. I am using right now Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2. Sometimes I used Windows Vista, but I am like a new beginner when I used it thats why I go back to Windows XP. I will tell you the truth, Windows Vista is a good Operating System, because they have a good configuration and a lot of features rather than Windows XP. I used Windows XP because it is a friendly user.

I prefer the Linux Ubuntu and Kubuntu. Its free, lots of effects, and good configs.

I definitely would suggest Windows XP to anyone. I have been using it for years and its never given me problem. It also has a very impressive layout.

I prefer windows xp. It is the best operating system for my pc as mine doesn't support vista.

i use windows xp in both office and home. i have thought of trying Vista but now i think i am comfortable with it.

Thanks to Bill Gates, I prefer Windows 95 to Windows XP, but not Windows ME, because i've heard many bad things about it, and how it's unreliable. I'd rather stick to user-friendly GUI operating systems like Windows XP because it's easier.

Undoubtedly Linux is my favorite operating system. It is a lot of advantages like the fact that it is free and virus free, it has a lot of open source software free too. It doesn't need defragmentation and I can continue and more.

I prefer to use Microsoft Windows XP. It is a lot easier to use and aside from that it is also secure. It is user friendly and there are a lot of companies and people that stick to Windows XP.

i use vista but i like xp more. cause a lot of software can't work with vista

Certainly Windows xp.It has better compatibility than the other OS.As for Vista,while many old problems still remain to be solved,many new ones are emerging.So I will not update my system to Vista until it was fully developed and matured.

Hi all I'm a newbie and i hope I'll be most welcome in your discussions anyway I haven't tried vista and linux but a lot of people say that those 2 os are more reliable than others currently i'm using win xp and i think as long as you have the right patches and security softwares to protect you pc, you should be fine Well if i have time, i'll upgrade my os to vista or linux

i been useing windows xp. my brother got windows vista and he got alot of probles but he said he like it. i like xp better

I've tested out Windows Vista and didn't like it that much. Too many bells and whistles. I like my operating systems to be clean cut and simple. I'm currently using Windows XP.

I like Windows XP it is the best by far I think, but I know of someone who uses Linux and likes that.

I like Windows XP. Vista sucks. If you have a computer with 512mb as many users in India do use Windows XP and you will be fine. My laptop with 1gb is superslow because it has vista.

Windows XP SP2 is still the best, work most compatible with most applications

i liked the xp but i love vista except for the security feature that sucks
