Bond Villain, party attire

My friends are hosting a New Year's party where the theme is bond villians. It has beena while since I have seen any Jame sBond movies. I want to leave a great impression and fit the theme but I have very little budget and an all black wardrobe with which to work. So who should I be? Any suggestions of things I can do to modify my wardrobe to work better for a particular character?
