do you watch iron chef america

I like watching iron chef america. I watch it whenever I remember it comes on or if I just flip by the channel and it's on I will watch it. It's fun to see the chefs race to get all of their foods cooked in only an hour. The only thing I don't like is that many times their food is undercooked. Iprefer my food to be well done so that I don't become sick from raw food. I've never tken down the recipies because I know I will never cook them so writing the recipies down is point less for me. Some of the foods look really good and I would love to try them. Maybe one day I will have one of the chefs cook for me.
