Is it right that you shouldn't be allowed to have a Santa Claus in the mall, or say "Merry Christmas" instead of "Happy Holidays"? What do you think?

Not sure what do you want to say. All Xmas traditions are several and the Xmas spirit is everywhere. Many malls and stores have Snowwhites and Santa Claus just to celebrate the season. And i dont see anything wrong there.

A lot of people think its offensive when you say merry Christmas, because, they think you are being disrespectful to all the other holidays.

I don't think there is anything wrong with Santa at the mall or saying Merry Christmas. It's American history. Newcomers should respect that rather than be offended. I know several people who are Muslim and they don't get offended. In fact, THEY say Merry Christmas to me every year. I also acknowledge their traditions, such as Ramadan. I think this whole "politically correct" thing is purely...political.
