Few days ago my frend asked if I want to buy brand name bags (as in designer bags) I said no as I cant afford them. She said oh but you can. She knows this guy that sells them for $50 and under . I told her no I am not interested as I dont wasnt to buy fake or stolen bags because at that prise that is what they are. She told me I was crazy and who cares if they are stolen you can be up to date with fashion. I prefer not to be so up to date and wear non brand and know that no one is been cheated. I dont think people should not buy them everyone has a choice I choose not to do it. what would you do

I would not buy anything from a thief... simply on principle and moral values. But if it had fallen from the back of a truck... so to speak... and I knew where it came from... I probably would... provided it was something I really wanted and could not afford to buy otherwise.

So what things would you buy that have fallen from a truck (providing they dont get broke when they fell of LOL). My neighbour lost his job when the owner found out he was selling eggs that fell of the truck so in 1 word he lost his job for $5.

I don't actually think I ever bought something which had fallen from a truck. As for you neighbor... he might have been caught stealing $5.00 of eggs... but how many eggs did he steal before being found out. In his case... he is stealing from the truck. Nothing has fallen off. laugh.

Yeah I wouldn't buy it either. What if that was stolen from your family member or your other friends...It is one thing to buy a purse that looks like a designer bag but to buy one that is real and stolen...not a good idea only encourages the thief to go and steal more and make more money...we as a society should actively discourage bad behavior and encourage good behaviors...what I mean is don't buy from thieves that only encourages them to do more bad stuff ...

Very true maybe they are not stolen from a house in this case but at that price they are not obtained legally

I am amazed at your friend's concern with keeping up with fashion. Who needs morals and ethics if you are wearing the latest styles? Yeah, I am quite sure at that price, they were stolen or fake. I am not terribly concerned with fashion, nor is my wife; we are more into comfort than style. I won't have brought one.

Yeah I am sure it would look (the bag) with my "on special" high hills from target, and my on special dress from rockman. It takes a lot to be fashionable not just a bag.

i don't accept fake products too. having a fake brand bag , i still lack of the confidence inside, therefore i never would buy a fake unless i don't know beforehand and was cheated. yeah, you are right, it a real brand item is too cheap, it may be not real at all or stolen item. Also, i can't blame for your friends, she or he cares more about having a big brand product at hand.
