if you are passionate enough about a subject you can make a great webpage, I have a webpage I made for a friend who passed away, a tribute page, I knew nothing what so ever about webpages but wanted to do a page straight from my heart in his memory, but I couldn't understand the all the programs until someone suggested I could do a simple webpage through word which I already had on my computer, so I did, it was a bit tacky at the start but I improved as I went along, learnt all the little things about word and was very surprised when the National Library of Australia emailed me requesting permission to archive it for all time, which was one of the best things that could ever have happened as my friend was in the music industry and it was my goal to help keep hs music out there and alive, I believe all this happened not only because I had a good subject to work on but because I was passionate about what I was doing...Good luck I hope you follow through on what you want to do.
