For any successful marriage, there must be parental/famly consent-rebel marriages are those which go on without consent, well the couples may be madly in love but surely that kind of marriage is not usually that successful

Hi Praveen07091986,In my Indian culture, most of the marriages are only arranged marriages and only a few love marriages are celebrated. Most of the arranged marriages are very successful. The only difference between love marriage and arranged marriage should be that the marriage is arranged by the parents with a known person or an unknown person. That is, all the love marriages should be performed by the parents only with their blessings. A person can select the life partner by himself or herself or ask the parents to do it. There should be no difference in the wedding. Marriage against the desire of the parents is always dangerous in future. If any problem comes, the parents will not come on their way. So to say, arranged marriage is always better for everyone to lead a very peaceful life. Marriage without parents permission will alsobe sucessful if both by and girl are self dependent financialy, strong mentaly and their love is matured one.
