Sites like linkreferral

I'm not sure if any of you use linkreferral, but it's a great way of getting visits to your site in a legit way that doesn't mess with adsense etc. What I am looking for are similar sites. I like it because I get reviews about what is good on my blog and what isn't working. Plus, I can see other people's blogs and get new ideas either in the way of promotion, sites to join or ways to design my blog. If you know of any other sites like this, please post it in here. I want as many as I can get.
