How would you set up a fish room?

I am planning of setting up a fish room with central filtration systems. I have the tanks already and now I am just trying to get the money together to built the room. There will be up to 100 tanks running on two or three central filtration systems for breeding fish that I will be selling to wholesalers, fish stores and aquarium club members. Do any of you have fish rooms (or want to) and how are they set up (or going to be set up) and why?
