Definitely my belly! My chest is great (as you can see!) but I haven't got the six pack yet, also known as the rippling stomach muscles! Need to do hundreds of sit ups a day and I could never master them, always ended up hurting my neck! I think guys with a six pack look very attractive and certainly to the ladies! I just have to keep at it and maybe one day!

I would say my lower tummy. I just can't seem to lose the weight there. I'm giving it some more time before I give away my old pair of jeans (which I love).

That is the problem of every woman after child birth.Sit ups help a lot friend.

I would say that we should do some exercise for our abdomen and the spinal cord.

The part that needs the most work would be my stomach, but overall I could use some toning.
