I was just wondering if I was the only one having this problem. I think of something that I want to post a discussion about at very inopportune times. At work or when I am supposed to be sleeping. I have tried writing myself little notes, but seem to lose them or forget what they mean. Do you have a better system?

I keep a little pad of paper where I always know where it is and write down the entire question. So maybe you need to take it a step further and write more about what prompted the question. I hope that helps. :( Sorry.

That is actually how I got the idea for my pink lemonade question a few weeks ago. A friend and I were drinking a can of pink lemonade and discussing it's origins. We had no idea, so I put it up as a discussion.

I don't really think about mylot discussions when I'm away from mylot. My problem is that I have a hard time coming up with discussions I much rather respond to the,. I actually get discussion ideas from other forums. If it's something I think is interesting I will post it here.

I started a notepad file on my computer and just named it myLot. Whenever I have a discussion idea (and no time to start it) I put it in there for future reference. Then once I start the discussion, I delete the entry. It's a lot easier to keep tabs of than putting it on regular paper.

I'm pretty sure this happens to most of us most of the time. I finally got a cute little blank book to put ideas for future discussions in, although I cannot tell you how well the idea is going to work, as since getting it, I haven't had many ideas. Bummer, huh?
