Photo Upload Problem

I am having problems uploading photos. Is there any specific criteria for uploading photos? Whenever i try to upload a photo it says "Unable to upload, error when uploading." I dont understand what the problem is. Please help

Yes Druscilla is right. I was having the same problem. And it was actually because they werent in the right format.
