Price of property in Santiago near the Central train station (Estacion Central)

Hi there, my father has found out that as part of a will for one his deceased uncles in Chile, he may be entitled to receive part of the sale of a house that is located in Santiago near la Estacion Central. I am finding it very difficult to find any information on how much properties cost in this part of Santiago. If someone could maybe point me in the right direction it would be very much appreciated.
