I agree with you wholeheartedly. They are a great substitute for real.To be honest, I try to have a banana in the morning for energy and potassium. It works for me. I'm working towards other fruits for snacks later on. I think they are great for curbing sweets.

I agree.I love fresh fruit. I buy whatever type is in season and on sale that week. Someday I hope to own my own orchard. I love apples, pears, peaches, apricots and plums. All things that I can grow in my area. I want to plant berry bushes also. I hope someday to be able to grow or raise all of our food, except the staples like sugar and flour.

I believe so too. I really enjoy an orange and tangerines are one of the best fruits around. I love my strawberries in the summer and a great frozen banana is wonderful on a hot day

I would agree with you that fruit is a great substitue for sweets and snacks. Especially if the fruit is weete in itself. Sweet fruit like strawberries is a great supliment. With angle food cake. You cannot go wrong with that. Watermelon is also good, however I only eat it in the summer time, and I do not find it to be as tasteful as strawberries/
