Comments made on the internet can lead to execution?

The whole story begins in the link below until someone mentions that if you make certain comments on the internet, it can lead to execution. Is it true/accurate?

The internet is one place where all sorts of junk information gets desseminated-a wierd fundamentalist could do anything to cause harm to other people using the internet-am not surprised!
