Euhm you've to eat 6 times every day, every meal at the same time every day. You've to work out a lot. 2 Times every day. Muscles give you weight. You can eat fat... but be aware for you stommage!!! and if you smoke, don't quit :D

Please! IF the pictures of you are real don't change. The two images I see look like two different people, it could just be me. First, you can should not play tricks on your body. This will cause "grave" effects later in life. If you can just be you, find balance. Take care of your physical and spiritual self. You are in India, the home of Chakras. I would drop everything if I could visit with a Hindu Master. I would give up everything if I could be a student. Study the yogas, martial arts, or whatever you can to find yourself. I study the martial arts, 20 years, and have worked as a bouncer in the shadiest of bars even though I only weigh 170 lbs. (77kg), far below the average weight of bouncers. I can work well in these places because I allow me to be me and no matter what or how much these patrons have it is not themselves. Of course this is why they came and leave dissapointed.
