How many hours you sleep at night? I sleep around six hours. What is the average number of hours of sleep that is required for a healthy life. What is the time that we must go to sleep at night?

I usually sleep around 6-7 hours when there's class and 7-11 hours when there's no class.

A "good night sleep" for me is about 6 hours. Most say that adults need 8 hours of sleep.I don't have a set time to go to sleep.I can work well on 3 hours a sleep so if there is a good movie and I don't go to sleep until very late, it is okay.

On average I put in about 6 hours for sleep. On many occassions I can only do 4 hours, especially when I have alot of work to do. I work at the office as well as at home. So sometimes, it is difficult to go to bed without finishing pending work first.

I'm afriad the last few years I've been lucky if I get 4 hours sleep a night. My mind just doesn't seem to let go and let me sleep or there is something else going on with kids or grandkids that keeps me awake. I would love to get 7-8 hours good solid sleep but it just doesn't seem to ever happen. One night last week I slept 5 hours and was thrilled with that much but still tired all day.

the number of hours required for sleeping varies according to age. young people need to sleep longer hours than older people. in my case, i sleep about 4-5 hours a day. it is not an ideal number of hours for sleeping but it works for me. at times, i have headache but i think overall i am OK with that. i usually have a 30-minute or 1 hour siesta, anyway.

Six hours? Wow I couldn't survive on six hours, I need nine! If I don't get nine hours I wake up grouchy, although I am NOT a morning person, I like my sleep too much and maybe when I was younger I could do less, but certainly not now and certainly NOT in the winter months.
