Has anyone seen the CMT films production of Dale? It came out a few months ago, and was on CMT. I received the 6 dvd package for Christmas and really enjoyed it. It is filled with interviews with Dale Earnhardt, his friends and family, and clips from different races. It also includes 2 full races: 1998 Daytona 500 and 2000 Winston 500. If you get a chance, you'll definitely want to check it out.

How did this get no responses?!!
I did see the movie and very much enjoyed it. I'm not sure that we got the 6 disc package but we did buy the movie itself. I am so glad that someone finally did a "real movie" about him. "3" was entertaining but that's about all that can be said for it. It perpetuated a lot of the Earnhardt myths and to be honest made him look like a wuss at some points. "Dale" was much better, it was real, it was true, it was a great tribute.
