Today, there are many social online networking such as MySpace.com, Facebook, Friendster, etc. Do you think those sites can replace traditional networking? If yes, why?

I think online social networking is great if you want to talk volume and distance but when it comes to human need I think there still needs to be traditional networking also. I get most of mine through church now that I'm working from home but since we've started doing arts and crafts shows I've found I really enjoy networking with other ventors and customers.

Not that online networking will replace traditional networking for that won't happen but they will complement each other. It's nice to be a member of these online networking but it's good also to be with traditional networking.

I think it works both way. From online networking, you can actually meet up and polish your real traditional networking skills.
