Heres a good one that is easy to fix Italian Chicken 2 to 4 boneless, skinless chicken breas.t small bottle of robust Italian dressing salt and pepper(to taste) garlic (crushed or powder) Parmesan cheese (fine grated) Place chicken in baking dish sprinkle on garlic, salt and pepper Pour Italian dressing over all until barley covered Sprinkle on cheese to cover each piece of chicken Bake in 350 Degrees oven on middle shelf for 45 to 1 hour (until cheese is brown) Serve sauce from pan with chicken in small dipping bowls. Serve with chicken and broccoli flavored rice(drop a few broccoli florets in while cooking)

One of my favorites to make (and a favorite of my family's to eat) is baked spagetti. It's wonderful because it uses left overs as well as being easy and fun. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Take spagetti (either left over or freshly prepared) and line the bottom of a casserole dish. Throw a jar of spagetti sauce on top of that. Put a pound of browned ground beef on top, then whatever other ingredients you would like in your spagetti. I usually put onion, mushrooms, and garlic. Top with shredded cheese. Bake for about 30 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted and the dish is warmed throughout. It's yummy! You can look up baked spagetti recipies on-line because I'm not real good with explaining how I cook. Sometimes I wonder how I do it myself! LOL

I have quite a few I like to make! I love shepherds pie, my husband taught me that it is very easy, make up some hamburger, put it in the bottom of cassarole dish, then a layer of corn on top of that, then a layer of stove top dressing...cooked....then a layer of potatoes...cooked...then a layer of cheese...put it in the over and cook it. it is very good, A little extra dishes but very good, i think the secret is the dressing, plus you can change stuff if you don't like it that way, like peas for the corn or something like that. hope you try it and enjoy it...how about yours do you have a favorite
