What do you mean kind anemic? Does that mean you have been tested by the doctor and are borderline anemic?
There are three things you can do to get better. Firstly you need to make sure you are getting enough sleep, I find 9 hours is enough. Secondly have a balanced diet rich in iron, vitamin C and B vitamins. Make sure you don't drink tea/ coffee with supplements as it prevents absorption of iron. To get the most iron out of your diet, make sure you have some vitamin C at the same time. For example have baked beans with a potato, or put a tomato with leafy salad in your sandwich. Thirdly you can try a tablespoon of molasses a day as it is really high in iron and other nutrients that are very 'blood friendly'.
