So, I've gotten the whole "dieting" thing in hand in my last post (right), but what about the rest? Quitting smoking is going to be tough because I really like to smoke. I hate the smell and the fact that it causes health problems, but I do like to smoke. Quitting smoking and losing weight at the same time seems unattainable. Both are so difficult. There is the notion that it's easier to make all major lifestyle changes at once. But, then I think maybe I should just concentrate on one major change at a time. Finish one then go to the next. Unfortunately, I haven't applied myself to either approach, so how would I know which one works?I would love to be on the Biggest Loser show. Some times I feel that the only way I'd be able to lose weight is if I'm secluded on a ranch and not able to run to a fast food joint at will and if I have someone in my face screaming at me to push harder. Oh, heck! I went back to the losing weight thing, didn't I? Well, it IS a major goal. One I will have to do on my own since the chance of my getting on a show like the Biggest Loser is slim to none. In 2008, I resolve to lose weight (hey! that rhymes!). As usual, shockingly brilliant comments are welcome and appreciated.:)
