At what age is it proper to get married and why? or at what age did you get married?

Well I am not married..but I think you should think about marriage only when you feel you are matured enough..I am going to marry only after 30

28,29 or 30 because you are more mature.You would probably make a better choice of a spouse then your late teens or early 20's.I got married when I was 20 and it was a huge mistake.
