New year resolutions

Let me wish you all out there a very happy and prosperous new year. i definitly would like to know just how many of you make new year resolutions... and how long do you stick to them??
I have been resolving to loose weight for the past couple of months now, but i could never stick to it for more than a month.. by then, all my resolve would be down, and it is back to square one!
This year too, i have decided on the same thing. but this year my resolution would be to stick to my decisions, come what may. so, by the end of 2008, i hope to come out trimmer, healthier, and happier...

Make as much money as possible
Spend as little as possible
Ensure money is saved for rainy days.
At mylot, answer those who have answered yours.
In internet, search thoroughly for money making sites.
In general, be humane and kind to everyone. It does not cost to be like that.

that is a wise advise... money is indeed very much required in life and holds a place of great importance. Please forward me any worthwhile links if you find them. i shall do the same.
i liked the part about spending as little as possible. that is what my dad tells me...

My resolution is once again to lose weight but lose it over the period of the next year as my best friend is getting married next year. I figure a long term weight loss plan is probably more feasible then my usual 2 month one!! Also I want to get out in my city a bit more and have some more fun and make some good friends. I also want to actually start saving for my wedding otherwise the dates gonna come around and I won't be able to pay anyone hehe!!
I wish everyone luck in fulfilling their resolutions as they can be hard, especially if its weight loss, quitting smoking or something similar!!

Its not that i do not make new year's resolution. I make up a few. there are doubt how much I can stick to.
still have some for this year as well. I want to find a new job, will not believe in people so easily and so on.

resolutions,oh,I always made resolutions and always failed.So now I have a good habit of making resolution.I mean when I have enough confidence I'll try but I rarely make it excessively ahead
