Are we allowed to promote a website in mylot?..

Not like a website were you make money, so it would not be taking away from my lot, because the webstie i wanna tell everyone about is NOT a place u make money, but is a place were you make new friends,and have the threads wich you can post what u think about a topic as well...kinda like mylot but you do not get paid... i wanna put my link down for everyone to see, but i am not sure if i am allowed... anyone?

I'm not sure about this, but you could put the link in your profile, and direct people there. That is allowed.

I don't know if what your website is considered an affilate or not but here is one of the don'ts that comes as close to what your asking that I can find that might pertains to what your asking "Post any links promoting other affiliate programs or that do not pertain to the discussion. Posting the same link over and over or posting links that have no relevance to the discussion is not allowed." from the myLot rules
