Whenever I read or hear about employee, I feel sad. As an employee for many years, i am a living example of millions of people who are poor employees. Almost 95% employees live on the poverty line. With this fact, i don't want to be an employee for the rest of my life. Move out those employee empowerment! Let's get to business, business of helping people. Not like being an employer and used your employees to become rich!

I guess because business creates wealth. Wealth creates a better standard of living. There is some truth to "a rising tide, floats all boats." Without businesses having a motive for profit, we could not have this discussion over the internet. And everyone is someones employee...even the owners.
