Multiple PTC's in Firefox..

Using Firefox i see its possible to surf various sites at a time. So just opening 3-4 PTC sites at a time saves you lots of time and helps doing more money. My question is, do PTC sites condemn this behaviour, can those scripts somehow "see" that you are surfing other PTC's at the same time and deny you the payment for this reason?
