how do you know if you own a mac os x tiger or leopard?

I have a mac os x 10.4.11 and I want to know is there a way I can find in my software if I am missing somewhere that I have a tiger or a leopard? can anyone help me? if i don't have it anyone know where i can download leopard at to upgrade my mac notebook.I saw the preview today for leopard and it looks awesome.

You answered your first question yourself: 10.4 is tiger.
If you want to upgrade, you'd have to buy it. Personally I don't think its worth it if you are just going to be using the same computer for the same sort of stuff anyways.
