Arranged marriage

I found my partner through a matrimonial coloumn in a Newspaper. Our family interacted and we got married. During the course of discussion, we came to know that we used to study in the same college, but our batches were different. What about you? Was your an arranged marriage????

Hi dear here in Pakistan Family, Relation, Recomendation are one of the best Source and mostly people go for it. Other things is agencies and local people doing match making, so they are doing most of the work. while martimorial sits are rare and people dont believe in them as yet but sure soon it will grow as matching making is getting difficult day by day my marriage was arranged one and my parents find my life partner take care

Well matrimonials are lucky for some, but i belive in destiny. You just dont have to search. When your time comes, everything goes as per your fate. Best luck.

I think arraged marriage is somewhat common in India. I feel this is the best option than love marriage. In this first priority is not attraction. It gives priority to all aspects like financial status, family background, person's behaviour in some extent. In this, divorce is not common like love marriages.
