I think only the mylot administrator can remove the duplicated post. You can contact the mylot admin in this regard. Only them can remove it for you. :-)

This has happened to me alot. Not with discussions, but comments on discussions. For some reason when go to post my response it takes me back to the registration/sign in page. So I re-type my response, post it, then realize my response was posted twice. I just don't want people to think that I do this intentionally. Now when my system burps I shut it all down and start all over again.

seems most people do it by mistake.. and most people think its done by mistake.. still should be a simple way to get rid of them :D

ya i can imagine its happened to many of us.. i think mylot should come up with a way we can remove them or that the system notices duplicates and removes them when it happens

It had happened to me a couple of times already when I accidentally hit the post button before completing the post or trying to fix a spelling error. Once the button is hit, there would be no turning back and you are stuck with it for life. LOL!

I'm not sure of a way that a user can do this. I havent seen a link or option about it yet. Im guessing a myLot admin may be able to delete a post for the benefit of the readers? And yes, i know ive done it once as well. I forgot to attach a picutre, went back thinkign my post hadnt been posted and re-did the message and picute. What resulted was a double post and immediately i thought "uh oh their guna think im posting more than once for money". Most of the time however i do think its a mistake.

I don't think that there is any way for the poster themselves to delete one of the post when that happens. I have never found a way to do so, anyway. Mylot administration deletes them when they find them.
