Thats the Oner million dollar question for the year 2007 going to an end. Who has the clue? Plan 1. To die buy gun shot - from different people in different locations as back up in case one failed! Plan 2. Use a bomb- (Who?) pally with a trined Talibanist or Alquedaist (Suiside Bomber) who has been brainwashed that she/he is killing for Allah! Yes some people will have to die with her! and clean the evidences. Plan 3. If she survived all these, Medical Killing will come to place.
