I'm glad you found a job. But don't plan to work for a job for the rest of your life. As you work, use it to build your own business and take charge of your own life.

wow... thanks for asking. my greatest depression was when i had my caesarian section operation and i have no money. my money with me was only good for normal delivery so we sdtayed in the hospital for more days than we expected. my husband looked for help from everybody but we got no help. then we just asked the doctor if we could pay later because we really have no money so it was nice that she agreed to it. laer then, my son of 2weeks old, got sick of pneumonia. that time still we have no money an the doctor said he needs to be admitted. so i admitted him with no money, just a good thing that it is christmas, help came from somebody. so we stayed in the hospital from christmas eve until 2 weeks of january.

Most time, its my work..with ontime deliveries and work loads. I try to divert mind on music and i feel better. We need to manage depression, as it is part of life in busy world. But if we concentrate, we can manage it. I does it through my yoga, listening music and going out on vacation.
