What outfit would you suggest?

My sister is not thin, kinda fat and is the boyish type. What do you suggest is the best kind of dress or outfit that's gonna make her look nice for an 18th birthday? She'll be one of the 18 candles.

that's cute - one of the 18 candles. i can just imagine. is she going to coordinate with the 'other candles'? that should be interesting. they could all wear pink and white or something. or wear pink and have a white bolero or little cardigan to look like melting wax.
just some suggestions - hope she had fun!

A dress that is not clingy. Loose but not a tent. A little tie around the waist, but not tight. Or pants with a nice loose blouse. Not baggy though, just loose. she pretty much has to go and try different outfits on to see what looks best on her. Just because she is big doesn't mean she can't look pretty and a little sexy. And not black, it really doesn't make a person look smaller, it just makes them look like they are trying to look smaller. Stick to neutral colors like a light blue or pale white.
