if a fat woman wearing clothes that lokks like an old woman would wear and eyeglass that are huge asks u to help her, would you help her?y?

What do size, clothes or glasses have to do with helping someone. It dosen't matter to me how big they are or how they dress or the type of glasses they wear are. Aperson in need of help is person in need of help. Yes if I could help I would. You never know when you might be helping one of God's angles. Would you only help a person that is thin wears trendy clothes and glasses?
