Attestation of the credit card give me some trouble.maybe I need to apply for a new card because I am from China.yes or not?please give me your advice.

I would like to answer your discussion as I am also from China. So your troubles may be my troubles, too. I don't know what troubles exactly you meet. Perhaps you find you can't withdraw the money out from your paypal account? If so, you don't need to apply for a new credit card. And forget about withdrawing the money because it will charge you USD35. So I am already planning to buy something online. If your credit card isn't "two currencies" one, then it's also a trouble. You have to make sure your credit card can also pay for USD.

thank you for your kind-hearted reply and my problem is that I apply for the paypal several days ago and I want to put my money into paypal to buy website domain name online.however,there paypal are not obvious space for our Chinese.that's the real problem troubles me.waiting for your reply...

May I ask whether your credit card is double currencies? Namely you can also pay for USD when you go abraod? If so, then it shall be no problem. Paypal has a Chinese inquiry number, perhaps you can call and ask them directly.
