If God spoke to you and gave you a message of importance?

Would you bother trying to pass it on to the world? No-one would believe you. I am not talking about you having an incling of God's will in your head, I am talking about in your face, burning bush, here is the message, listen carefully, I am not going to repeat myself, God here. I don't think it would be possible. All I could do really do is sigh before I started and say, "I told you so!" afterwards. How would anyone convince the world of a divine message the way the world is now?

There is an old US made movie called "OH, GOD!" starring George Burns and John Denver that has this idea as its theme. You might like it.

Hi Red, I remember the movie, I don't think I have actually seen it yet though, something for the video shop list. Also that reminds me of the bloke that tried to sue God, or His representative on Earth.

We can never be sure if this is really God`s message. There are just few real prophets. Most of us hear some messages from creatures out of the material worlds: angels for example, but we can never be sure.

This is a bit daunting, that means that no new messages from God will be listened to or believed. What if there is a real prophet alive today now, what a tough job that person has.

it would depend on what the message is and what actions were called upon you to do... at any rate, you are right, no one individual could get very far without getting arrested or made fun of or even murdered... it is sad

Yes, I think you would need some help like a miracle at call or up yoursleeve or something.
