I have a 3 years old boy and I was thinking in buying him a V. Smille- Educative System for TV- where he can learn (numbers, letters, words and so on) playing games. He will be exercising his brain, but, do you think its a good choice or will i be contributing to addict him on electronic games?

I do not recommend any electronic toys for children at this age. Children learn best through meaningful, hands on experiences, not video games which basically teach them to memorize. It is better to get him things like puzzles, letter and shape magnets, books and blocks. All of those early learning toys may give children a jump on memorizing letters and numbers, but it doesn't give them any advantage that lasts longer than kindergarten.
Instead, let him be a child, let him be creative, and let him learn in a way that comes naturally to him. You can teach him letters by pointing out things that are meaningful to him, like the first letter of his name, his family members and pets, or his favorite toys. Expose him to lots of print, and point to the words on the page when you read to him.
You can read here for more ideas of educational toys for your son.

Txs for yr rely, interesting one. I do this kind of games with him, but he gets bored easely and lose focus. He is at the kinder garden all day and they also play with him. maybe you're right maybe by giving him an electronic game i wont ay as much attention to him as i should. Thank you for your advice and i will have a look to the site you've sent me.
