This is for all you bodybuilders/food enthusiasts here. Has anyone ever tried to make any protein cookies by mixing protein powder into the cookie dough? Does it work? Does the cooked protein lose it's nutritional value?

I am always looking for high protein recipes, as my 14 year old daughter is a vegan. Here is one: PROTEIN RICH PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 1 egg 1 c. sugar (white) 1 c. crunchy peanut butter Mix together. Oven at 350 degrees about 12 to 15 minutes.

Protein is protein...no, the cooked protein doesn't lose it's nutritional value, like cooking meat doesn't do it either. The best source of muscle building protein is pure soy protein.

this is a good question i don't have the answer for...i hope someone has an answer!!! I'm sure it could be added - just reduce the amount of flour for the amount of powder - but i don't know if it keeps its nutritional value...maybe we could add vitamins, too?
