Have you eaten at Cici's lately?

I ate at Cici's with my kids a few days ago and I was amazed at the quality of the pizza on the buffet. When I say I was amazed I mean horrified. The pizza was all dried up it appeared. By the time we got to the table the pizza was cold. Would you have demanded your money back? Or just ate what was there and asumed that the pizza wasn't as good becuase it was early supper time?

I would have asked them to prepare more food. The buffet here is good and service is good too. The place is so popular here and personnel so friendly that they will make whatever you want here and they ask you when they take your order. That way they will put a pizza on it it is not on the buffet already. It's pretty cool that they care about their customers. It sounds like bad management at your location. I would complain to the manager. You are paying for a meal and you shouldn't have to eat leftovers from lunch.

I haven't been there for probably 2 years. We used to really like it...especially the price. The last couple of times we went it was just plain bad even for $4 a person so we stopped going. They will make a pizza fresh for you with whatever toppings you want (a lot of people don't know this) and you don't have to eat the whole thing.

You guys are right. They will make something special for you if you ask. I some times ask for the spinach pizza if it is not out or cheese pizza for my son. But, since it is a buffet I don't that a customer should have to ask for something fresher than what the rest of the people are eating. You know what I mean? Why make it a buffet if they will only serve leftovers?

We don't have a CiCi's any place near by but the commercial always made me want to go to one. After reading this thread I am just not to sure though!
but there is a pizza buffet not too far from here that is called Eatza Pizza and it is very good for a pizza buffet. I love to get them to make me a chicken mushroom with Alfredo sauce pizza. ^_^ it's fantastic

I take my kids to CiCi's all of the time. The one by us is great and they will always prepare more food to your liking. I love their cinnamon rolls. I did go to a different one once though and it did suck horribly.

My local Cici's is incredible. The food is always hot and fresh. My favorite is their cheesy alfredo pizza. Their cinnamon rolls are also amazing. They have great customer service too. If they don't have something you want they will make it for you and bring it out to your table. Too bad the price went up though. It's still worth it.

My local cici's is amazing. Their food is always hot and if you make a request they will have it done asap and bring it to your table. Their cinnamon rolls are so amazing. My favorite pizza they make is cheesy alfredo. They did up the price for 3.99 to 4.99 though

We ate at CiCi's once. The pizza wasn't very good. They had almost no toppings. The only good thing was the cinnamon sticks. Thats probably why the one near us has closed down.

I have been to CiCi's a few times. I think the pizza is just ok not great. The one I have been to is always very crowded so the pizza does not have time to get cold and dried out. I would have asked them to make a few fresh pizzas if the ones they had did not look good. The one I have been to will make you whatever type of pizza you request and put it on the buffet.
