What's the latest gossip in your family?

Christmas and New Year celebrations are just over and I am sure alot of us got a chance to catch up with family and friends during this time. For me, a friend of mine sort of eloped a few months ago! Sort of, anyway. Really, she held a small wedding overseas with few relatives and friends notified. :-) Are there any juicy gossips that you came across recently? It might be fun to share them.
