My thought on this? Uchiha Madar used a forbidden jutsu just like what orochimaru did to use Obito's body as container. Because they are both Uchiha, that will be much easier. Well my answer on this is I think both! Heheheh just wait for the final manga! Okay? Hehehe ^_^ peace out!

It's definitely Madara, coz Tobi said to pein (akatsuki leader) that he is uchiha madara.
