Sonic the Hedgehog on Ipod

Well after seeing further reviews on this, its another flop. Yep, just like Sonic 1 remade for Gameboy Advance, the game for Ipod is a bust. Ironically its for some of the same reasons too; the main culprit being control schemes (imagine using the ipod wheel to control the character in a basic platform game... now you're starting to see it...-_-). Sigh... another "remake" as an exercise in futility.

It wouldn't make any sense to buy that. You could get the Sonic Mega Collection on Gamecube, PS2 or Xbox. All those Sonic games at an affordable price! I haven't tried the remake on GBA, but I already have it on Genesis and on the Mega Collection.

I was going to buy that :/
instead I went ahead and got Phase for classic.
it's so much better anyway.
shame sonic couldn't have worked out better.

I know what you mean the wheel is very practical, just sometimes you can pass thru the music you want. Imagine that for a video control. Would a mini-control jacked up in the usb port do any good?
Don't count on futility, game developing will be big in the next few years when they got it right for a traditional product they might have found the stream.
