Sonic the Hedgehog on Ipod

Well after seeing further reviews on this, its another flop. Yep, just like Sonic 1 remade for Gameboy Advance, the game for Ipod is a bust. Ironically its for some of the same reasons too; the main culprit being control schemes (imagine using the ipod wheel to control the character in a basic platform game... now you're starting to see it...-_-). Sigh... another "remake" as an exercise in futility. http://wireless.ign.com/articles/842/842932p1.html http://www.pcworld.com/article/id,140965-c,games/article.html

It wouldn't make any sense to buy that. You could get the Sonic Mega Collection on Gamecube, PS2 or Xbox. All those Sonic games at an affordable price! I haven't tried the remake on GBA, but I already have it on Genesis and on the Mega Collection.

I know what you mean the wheel is very practical, just sometimes you can pass thru the music you want. Imagine that for a video control. Would a mini-control jacked up in the usb port do any good? Don't count on futility, game developing will be big in the next few years when they got it right for a traditional product they might have found the stream.
