Questions about Paypal

I want to sell some virtual itens over the internet, i will have my own website. The transactions have to be done manually by me, so i can`t set up something to sell the itens by itself.
What type of paypal account should i made? The personal account or the premier account?
One big problem is that i saw that many people that are buying itens tell paypal that didnt received the product or they do a chargeback and the selles gets screwed. How can i protect myself from that? Only having a certified account and only accepting buyers with certified accounts will be enough?
My itens are mostly for children and teenagers so there is a great risk of them trying to rip me off.

Paypal is an excellent form of payment and the only one that I use. I sell non-tangible items and at anytime anyone can refute a charge and paypal will send the money back to them no questions asked... well now they are asking questions but it makes no matter.
I think of it as loss... (theft, breakage...) and say that some people are just going to be unscrupulous like that.
Other than that again I love PayPal.

That is the big problem, i deliver the item to the buyer, the buyer lies and tells paypal that he did not received the item and i get screwed. Isn´t there a way i can avoid that? Give more information about me to paypal, or setting up another type of account? I don´t know.

Paypal will ask for shipping information (insurance, delivery confirmation, etc...). With a non-tangible that is sent via e-mail the only thing I can send to them is the e-mail with the attachment and the header (showing the date). I have yet to win one case.
It happens so inoften again I really don't worry about it.

Paypal is the best one i ever used, a lot of my friends uses it and thats how i got into it. Any questions i had at the begining i just had to ask the people i know that had been using it for awhile. so see if your friends in real life know anything about it, im sure they can help you alot!
