Weight Watchers?

Is anyone else doing weight watchers? I did it for about two months and I lost 11 pounds.. then over Thanksgiving and Christmas I fell off.. and gained 2 of those pounds back. My new years resolution was to start the diet again, but I failed at starting on the 1st and started on the second. I am doing just weight watchers at home, and checking in with friends who are also doing it. I hope to lose another 20-30 pounds. Anyone else trying weight watchers? or maybe you have tried it and had good luck? So far I am happy that lean cuisine makes GREAT microwave Panini's and some of their foods aren't terrible... so I try and have 1 of those a day and making sure to check out the points of everything I eat. I also do about 1 mile of jogging or running on the treadmill

Personally, I believe if you are truly in the mindset it can work. Each time I have tried it, I was not in the mindset so it didn't work. Its hard to avoid those good foods during the holidays so don't beat yourself up. But you really have to be in the mindset, because if you are not truly ready to eat better and work out, then it won't work. And honestly I hate the word diet, because to me that word sets anyone up for failure. If you start eating well indefinitely and only treat yourself to something sinful no more than once a week, and put some exercise in there too, you will do okay.
