I just started my intermediate algebra course. I have to admit when I took the assesment tests, my husband was right there helping me with it. He is no longer available for help, so I am finding the math work very hard to do. I have got most of it but there are a few things that I am not understanding. I need a good website that will help me to understand this information.

There is a website. Its called TutorVista.com They give you a free trial. Algebra.com is good too. And as far as I know it's totally free. Good luck

If you would like I could help you. I once taught someone calculus via aim :D. I'm sure I could do the same for algebra.

I loved algebra and all math courses in school and I was pretty good at it so I'd love to say I'll help you myself; problem is, I've tried to help some of my nieces and nephews and other kids recently and they don't teach it like they used to. I can come up with the right answer but I don't "reach" it the right way. These days they like to use a full sheet of paper for a problem that I used to do in a couple lines. Annie

i would advise you to find a tutor living close to you and hire them for a little extra help.
